* Skid steer operator - You will be experienced at operating and trimming with a bucket, however you will predominantly use an automated box blade for final trim. Brand new machine (an experienced operator may get a say in the brand!) You will need to be relatively adept with technology as you will be using a laser or GPS system in cab to trim with. 
 
* 2IC Drainage Foreman - This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to step up and lead a small crew, you will be mentored in this position by a lead foreman. You will need to be experienced in all aspects of drainage. Main workload is focused in subdivisions so ideally you will be used to working in this environment. Work perks include a company vehicle!
 
* Excavator Operator (Drainage) - Seeking operators well experienced in drainage, you will need to have good experience in trenching, including accurately cutting to grade, back filling and working within trench shields. This role requires you to be fit, able and willing to help out your crew on the ground - you won't be sitting in the digger all day watching them work. A work ute is up for grabs with this job!
 
* Excavator Operator (Commercial Civil) - This job is quite varied, including but not limited to bulk earthworks, foundation dig outs, kerb prep, car parks and some drainage. You'll need to show intiative and a strong work ethic. You'll also need to be fit and work on the ground as required to get things done. Final trim skills are essential and as such you will need to be proficient in operating and prepping for asphalt on the ground - this is not an entry level role. Work vehicle not guaranteed, but top workers are rewarded with this company.
