We are looking for Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be working independently and have the day to day running of the store. Position: Store Manager

Location: Cambridge, Waikato

Job Type: Full time – 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.

Duration: Permanent

Pay Bracket: Minimum $25.00 per hour and the Employer is willing to go up to $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

·         Ensure safety and security procedures are enforced

·         Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards

·         Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices

·         Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services

·         Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use

·         Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

·         Undertaking budgeting for the establishment

·         Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff

·         Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes:

  •          Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the store timings from Monday to Sunday
  •          3 years relevant experience / or relevant experience preferred
  •          Excellent communication skills and Handling customer professionally
  •      Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
