We assist clients including but not limited to WorkVisa, Resident Visa, Section 61, Visitor Visa, Dependent Visa etc. We are looking for Office Manager in a full-time permanent position with minimum of 30 hours per week. The position is based in Auckland region but you may have to travel overseas or out of Auckland if required
What is in it for you?
• $30-35 ph (based on education and experience)
• Minimum 30 hours per week, you may need to work for 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday (9.00 am-6.00 pm)

You will be responsible for providing office management support to our client and other staff members. You will be liaising with clients and other stakeholders, providing admin and operation support. Exceptional customerservice and management are what this role is all about.
Job Requirements
- Have a good work ethic
- Be a team player
- Have no criminal conviction and willing to do a drug test if required
- Be punctual, reliable, a can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
- Assign work to the staff by planning and setting priorities of the work
- Plan and review services and policies
- Monitor the performane of the other staff memebrs and assign work accordingly
- Allocate equipment and jobs to the staff
- Liasing with Cleints and Professionals stakeholder to coordinate business operations and provide resolutions to the problems if any
- Maintain records of business and customers
- Ensure all office and other related business supplies are maintained
- Ensure health and safety procedure are followed as per the regulations, office site is maintained as per standard
- Ensure all compliance related to IRD, Labour, Work & Income, Immigration or any other government legislation are met.
- Promote business on various platforms
- Supervise other staff members and provide relevant training
- Manage Payroll
- Report all incident to Director
- Attend and coordinate staff meetings
- Any other duties assigned by Management/Director
Qualification:
Relevant Level 5 Diploma or higher
Expereince:
1+ year of expereince is desireable
