Experience Required:
- Previous relevant Two years work experience
- Good communication & written skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent credentials in customer service
- Ability to work within budgets of running a profitable business
- Timely reporting requirements
- Experience in reconciling financial reports and cash handling
- Experience in administration work like stock handling, Ordering, manage invoices
Task & Duties:
The Building a strong foundation in the store daily operations is the key to ensure a
success full store.
Plan, formulate and implement operational budgets.
Working within the financial year business plan, dissect and manage monthly goals
through your team.
Focus on the basics and key elements needed to ensure a smooth, efficient
operation of the store.
Review and update menu and pricing in order to increase profitability of store.
Maintain stock levels and determine popularity of dishes before ordering new stock.
Facilitate the payment to suppliers for stock and when appropriate, negotiate for
better terms.
Review suppliers and ensure quality of stock and correct units have been delivered.
Follow up on issues with quality, discrepancies in orders and pricing.
Plan, formulate and implement marketing/promotion activities to improve
profitability and popularity.

Recruit, train and supervise junior staff, delegate duties to them and routinely
evaluate their performance
Managing staff with respect and supporting them in achieving set objectives and
goals ongoing. Building an environment everyone wants to be at and building a good
strong team.
Set, review and monitor customer service standards. Ensure all customers are served
in an efficient and timely manner.
