Key Requirements:
At least 2 year of relevant experience in logistics, courier services, or delivery operations in New Zealand or overseas. or A relevant qualification (NZQF Level 4 or overseas equivalent) is preferred.
Strong understanding of vehicle management, route planning, and compliance procedures.
Experience in delivery operations, particularly within the New Zealand transport sector, is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee scheduling, routing, and tracking of company vehicles.

Ensure vehicles are serviced, maintained, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Monitor driver performance, manage rosters, and address operational issues.

Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and registration.

Liaise with mechanics and service providers for timely repairs.

Ensure all fleet operations follow health, safety, and transport compliance standards.

Prepare reports on fleet efficiency, cost, and performance.

Manage permits, insurance, and compliance documentation.
Position Available: Mechanic

Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a mechanical workshop environment, including servicing and repair work or A relevant qualification (NZQF Level 4 or overseas equivalent) is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles.
Familiarity with New Zealand vehicle safety standards and compliance is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles and machinery.

Diagnose mechanical faults and complete timely repairs.

Conduct routine servicing, oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre checks.

Key Requirements:
At least 2 year of experience in driving, warehousing, courier, or delivery-related roles in New Zealand or overseas.
Valid forklift operator certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Familiarity with safety protocols and efficient goods handling procedures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods safely and efficiently.

Transport materials between storage areas, trucks, and dispatch zones.

Perform safety checks and routine maintenance of the forklift.

Keep warehouse and yard areas tidy and organized.

Assist in packing, sorting, and inventory checks as needed.

Coordinate vehicle schedules and dispatch routes for maximum efficiency

Monitor driver activity, ensure compliance with work hours, and maintain performance records

Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and service bookings

Maintain records of fuel usage, vehicle servicing, and incident logs

Ensure all vehicles comply with New Zealand transport and road safety regulations

Assist the Fleet Manager in budgeting, cost analysis, and logistics planning

Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely deliveries and job completions

Report any compliance issues, accidents, or disciplinary concerns to management
