This position is permanent with a minimum 32 hours/week of work. You will be involved in all aspects of assisting in the running of a busy store including:
Job Responsibilities include:
- Assist the manager in planning site operations, and planning and implementing strategies to run the business profitably and efficiently.
- Assist the manager in coordinating day-to-day operations
- Assist the manager in increasing store sales and profitability by introducing new products, competitive pricing, and controlling store expenditures.
- Supervise the operations of the site runs smoothly
What we are looking for in an Assistant Manager:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in any retail /customer field OR a level 2 or 3 qualification or higher
- Must be flexible enough to work on shifts in the evenings/night and over the weekend
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
