Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.


Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications.
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately using hand and power tools.
Build frameworks, walls, floors, and roofing structures in compliance with building codes.
Install windows, doors, stairs, and cabinetry as per project requirements.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and site managers on residential and commercial projects.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and within project timelines.
