NAIL TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

•Ensure uniform as well as personal appearance is clean professional.

•Friendly, good communication and helping each other with members in group

•Keep clean and tidy at workplace

•Required to use chemicals properly for nail treatment

•Clean, maintain, and sanitize tools equipment after each service.

•Demonstrates exceptional customer services to exceed guest expectations.

•Will provide the following services: Pedicure, manicure, acrylic, dipping powder and gel nails, nail art design, nail repair

·        Massage clients’ hands and feet

•Ensure safety procedures are followed while performing nail treatments.

Consistently increases guest retention by building relationships and pre-booking.

•Proactively develops new clients while building current guest relationships.

•Any other duties the employer reasonably may require an employee to perform

Requirements

•        2+ years’ experience as a nail technician

• Bilingual: English and Vietnamese.

•        Be punctual, tidy, and reliable

•        Attention to detail and focus on quality

•        Know about the basis of Health and Safety procedures

•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions

•        Be able to work minimum hours of work- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and may work during weekends

•        Some overtime may be required to complete the tasks in a timely manner

•        No criminal record          

•        Applicants for this position should have NZ residency/ Citizenship or a valid NZ work visa

•                  Competitive rate based on experience ($27-32 per hour)
