Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our lovely team.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, sanding, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion.

Applying primers, undercoats, and finishing coats using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

Mixing and matching paints to achieve desired colours and finishes.

Covering surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas during painting.

Reading and interpreting work specifications and drawings to ensure correct application.

Operating and maintaining painting tools and equipment.

Fixing plasterboard, fibrous plaster, and insulation boards.

Repairing cracks and holes in existing plasterwork

Ensuring work meets quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Skills/Experience required:

Relevant experience

Knowledge of various painting techniques and surface preparation methods.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good physical condition and ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Valid driver’s license (if travel between properties is required) & Reliable transportation

- Employment Type: Full-time Permanent 30 to 40 hours weekly
- Remuneration: $30 to $35 (Depending on experience
