We are looking for an experienced cook to work for our busy restaurant based in auckland.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food and dishes prescribed by chef.

Monitor temprature and quality of the food

Assist chef to design and prepare restaurant Menu

Seasoning food during cooking

Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes

Train other kitchen staff and apprentices

 

Job Requriements:


4+Years of hospitality experience 

Minimum level 5 or equivalent qualification in cookery or cullinary arts.

Able to learn and understand standard recepie processes

Excellent communication skills and a team player

Must be avialable on weekend and public holidays
