We are looking for an Experienced Chef to join our busy restaurant.

 

 

Job Title: Chef

Hours of the work: 27-30

Location of the work: Auckland

Type of work: Parmanent Full-tiime

 

 

What you will need:

  • Must have level 7 or Bachelors degree in cookery or culinary arts
  • Minimum 5 years of experince as chef in indian and italian cusine or relevant position.
  • Must have Class 1 licence to do deliveries 
  • Food safety certificate is desirable but not necessory
  • Able to pass drug test

 

What you will do:

  • Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures 
  • Prepare and cook indian and italian dishes 
  • Monitor temprature, quality of the food 
  • Discuss food preparations issues and create efficient processes to achive optimum operation
  • Plan and Design and amend restaurnat menus to suite demand 
  • Hire and train staff
