Job Summary

The Playground Manager oversees the daily operations of a children’s indoor play centre, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and a professional, responsive service for parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage staff (floor attendants, café staff, party hosts)
  • Ensure the indoor playground equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Enforce safety regulations and respond to incidents
  • Oversee bookings for birthday parties and group events
  • Handle customer service, enquiries, and complaints
  • Coordinate marketing activities to attract families and school groups
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies for the facility and café
  • Manage budgets, staffing rosters, and daily cash handling
  • Ensure the centre complies with child safety, OHS, and cleanliness standards

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Diploma or above qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management in the hospitality industry.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
