Job Summary
The Playground Manager oversees the daily operations of a children’s indoor play centre, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and a professional, responsive service for parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff (floor attendants, café staff, party hosts)
- Ensure the indoor playground equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Enforce safety regulations and respond to incidents
- Oversee bookings for birthday parties and group events
- Handle customer service, enquiries, and complaints
- Coordinate marketing activities to attract families and school groups
- Monitor inventory and order supplies for the facility and café
- Manage budgets, staffing rosters, and daily cash handling
- Ensure the centre complies with child safety, OHS, and cleanliness standards
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Diploma or above qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
