We are currently looking for Plumbers to join our fast-growing Auckland team. Our clients service a wide range of sectors, from Maintenance to Commercial and Residential. What we offer you: 

  • Plumber Pay: $30–$35 per hour 
  • Ongoing support and career growth
  • Full time position, working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.

What we need from you: 

  • Interprets blueprints to plan plumbing system layout
  • Joins pipes and fittings using various techniques
  • Installs and repairs water supply, drainage systems and fixtures
  • Installs and repairs solar hot water and heat pump systems
  • Installs and maintains fire hydrants and hose reels
  • Tests plumbing systems for leaks and issues 
  • Maintains and repairs plumbing systems in various types of buildings
  • Fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings
  • Keep job sites safe, tidy, and ready for work
  • NZ Plumber License is compulsory.
  • At least 2 years Relevant Plumber working experience or NZ Certificte in Plumbering L3 or above qualification 

Skills and knowledge

Plumbers need to have:

  • knowledge of plumbing materials and methods
  • skill in interpreting designs, plans and instructions
  • knowledge of building and safety regulations
  • knowledge of the Building Code in relation to plumbing
