Youhao Trading Limited is seeking competent service manager to work with us in Auckland

You are required to work at least 30 hours per week, and have minimum 2-year relevant work experience, or hold relevant recognized NZ qualification 

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Minimum $29.5 to maximum of $41.5 depending on your skill and/or relevant work experience

Your main tasks include:

  • developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
  • determining the mix of products and services to be provided and negotiating conditions of trade

·     overseeing the display and sale of merchandise and preparation of product information for company service staff and customers

·    implementing after-sales service procedures, to ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided

  • liaising with local and overseas suppliers and distributors about orders and products
  • developing and motivating staff providing customer services
