Looking for a physically fit, trustworthy, and reliable cleaner. 
Hours of work will be 30 hours a week. Candidate must be able to work 6 days a week which consists of morning and evening shifts.  

Job duties for cleaner includes but is not limited to:

• Candidate is required to provide effective and efficient cleaning services as advised by director of the company

• Must be able to perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate or tiled floors

• Must be comfortable to use vacuuming equipment, be able to vacuum and clean carpets, and also provide further treatments such as shampoo or stain removal as needed

• Has to be able to perform general cleaning duties such as disposing of rubbish from bins, dusting furniture and room accessories, and also must be able to clean surfaces such as counter tops, sinks, basins, toilets, windows, and glass surfaces. 

• Understand the need to ensure site security protocols are followed, complete site work within the hours specified, and be able to maintain an undated site key and card register. 

• Must be able to raise cleaning issues and complaints to the director when required, report to the director when equipment needs repairing, and be able to let the director know of all incidents or accidents as soon as possible to the director. 

OVERALL, MUST BE A RELIABLE PERSON CAPABLE OF FULFILLING THESE DUTIES TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD.
