Forklift Operator

We are seeking highly motivated Senior Forklift Operator to join our team. Starting pay offered from $25-$30 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for 30-50 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per above payrate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including:

 Operate forklifts to raise, lower, stack, and transport goods safely in a warehouse environment.
 Navigate forklifts in narrow aisles and confined spaces while ensuring efficient stock movement.
 Oversee goods receipt, verify shipments, and conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
 Ensure goods are stored systematically for easy access and efficient order fulfillment.
 Pick, pack, and scan orders for timely dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
 Inspect and maintain forklifts to prevent malfunctions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
 Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and enforce health and safety protocols.
 Assist with loading and unloading, optimizing workflow, and reporting any operational issues.

Requirements:
• Three years’ proven experience in forklift operating.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet operational deadlines.
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy goods as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, or shifts as required.
• The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and can pass drug tests.
