Commercial Cleaners

We are currently seeking commercial Cleaners to join our team and provide high-
quality cleaning services to our clients based in Auckland.
This full-time permanent role involves cleaning offices, supermarkets and building
common areas between 5pm to 5am.

Location: Auckland
Number of Positions: 2
Guaranteed Minimum hours per week: 30 hours

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out daily cleaning duties in commercial locations, which include offices,
retail areas, and shared spaces such as offices and boardrooms, staff
kitchens, dining areas, toilets and washrooms, reception and waiting areas, as
well as corridors and stairwells.
* Operating commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, polishers,
or carpet cleaning machines (training provided).
* Adhering to cleaning schedules, timeframes, and health & safety standards.
* Reporting any damages, hazards, or irregularities to the supervisor.

No previous cleaning experience is required however, candidates with prior
experience in commercial/industrial cleaning or housekeeping will be given
preference.

To be successful in this role the applicant should have:
* The ability to multi-task and problem-solving capability;
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
* Good work attendance and reliability record;
* Have mobile phone for communications;
* The ideal candidate should be physically fit, energetic, and well-presented;
* Good communication skills;
* NZ Driver’s Licence or Full Driver licence access to a company vehicle (Some sites may not be accessible via public transport and may require travel between multiple
locations during a single shift)

Preferred But Not Essential:
* Site Safe or relevant H&S certification.
* First Aid certificate.
* Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment.

working with our customers to ensure that they receive the most professional and
caring service to meet their needs.

Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate, between $27.00-$30 per hour
depending on the experience.
