About the Company:
Mujia Limited trading as Colon Care Centre, provides drug-free and dignified colon hydrotherapy to promote optimal bowel function and overall wellbeing. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Hydrotherapy Assistant(Personal Care Assistant) to join our team. As a Hydrotherapy Assistant or Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients on their wellness journey. You will provide essential support to our hydrotherapists and ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and comfort during their sessions. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at a reasonable market rate.
Key responsibility
To assist hydrotherapists to set up a treatment plan and to motivate clients to achieve their health goals.
To assist clients on dietary requirements and nutrition according to their health needs and conditions.
To help set up and assist during colonic hydrotherapy sessions, ensuring clients are comfortable and all equipment is properly prepared.
To assist hydrotherapists to treat the client’s health in a holistic way and by using colon hydrotherapy methods and all the other services offered by the clinic.
To assist hydrotherapists to provide support during the treatment and attend to client’s needs.
To follow strict cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. Ensure safety measures are in place to protect both clients and staff, always adhering to health regulations.
To offer professional and friendly customer service, answering questions and providing consultations when necessary to ensure clients feel informed and at ease.
To assist provide maintenance to the colonic machines and all the other equipment according to the centre’s policy
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A diploma/certificate at or above level 4 in health care or similar is required.
- At least 1 year working experience in the health-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude under pressure.
- Passionate about human health and wellbeing.
Other details regarding the job:
- Working location: Kingsland, Auckland
- Hours 30- 45 hours per week
- Remuneration: Competitive market rates, with consideration of prior experience. Approximately $28.5-33 per hour
