CNC Machine Operators Wanted

Opportunities for 1 full time permanent CNC Machine Operator working in Auckland Region. We offer the hourly rate ranged from $28.00 to $34.00 depending on your skills and experience (roster from Monday to Friday, guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week)

 

CNC Machine Operator’s job responsibilities:

 

1.     Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences.

2.     Determine tools and their requirements, as well as the operational sequence.

3.     Set up woodworking machinery and raw wood materials for proper cutting, shaping, and sanding.

4.     Prepare pattern mechanisms to control the operation of machines for detailed patterns for production

5.     Cut, shape and form wood stock as per drawings to fine tolerances to ensure the product is fit for further use

6.     Apply varnish, stain, and paint to surfaces, and polish and wax the finished surfaces.

7.     Back up other manufacturing daily work including polish machine and factory work according to our ongoing projects.

8.     Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions, adjust machines as necessary

9.     Carry out general machine maintenance

10.  Other relevant job duties notified by the employer

 

 

 

Requirement:

At least 2 years relevant work experience or relevant level4 certificates or equivalent are expected.
