We work roles across public and private sectors. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least two years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
  • Strong relationship skills 
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and processes
  • In-depth understanding of ER issues 
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
