You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
- At least two years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
- Strong relationship skills
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and processes
- In-depth understanding of ER issues
- At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.
The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
