Housekeeping Supervisor/Duty Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic and energetic team leader to deliver timely cleaning, thorough inspections and consistently high standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor will responsible for helping manage the team on a day to day basis, as well as rolling your sleeves up and getting the work done.

Duties as part of this role include but are not limited to the below:

Housekeeping Supervisor:

  • Supervising the Housekeeping Team and supporting them as working member of the Team
  • Stock ordering and control to established levels
  • Implement and manage additional Housekeeping proceedures to ensure our standard is maintained 

Duty Manager:

  • Supervising F&B operation whilst on shift in the capacity as Duty Manager. Prodominently Breakfast and Lunch shifts but also some evening Dinner shifts to fill you fulltime hours
  • Assist Reception at busy times with Check-in and Check-out and handling Guest requests 

This is a Great opportunity for an experianced, professional and motivated individual to step up and take the daily charge. 

From you we require:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a Hotel/Resort at 4 star and above level
  • Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands as they evolve
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility in availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Food and Beveage skills in delivery of service
  • Experience with Guest Management Systems and POS Systems
  • Hold or have the ability to aquire you LCQ
  • Hold or have the knowledge and skills to acheive Managers License
