We are a busy store seeking candidate for the position of a Store Manager. A
standard of excellence is expected in all points of service. This is an opportunity

The duties of this position are:
· Relevant experience of two years or a relevant qualification
determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
maintaining records of stock levels
maintaining record of financial transactions
undertaking budgeting for the establishment

controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulation
Ensuring health & safety regulations are met
Ability to work weekends
Excellent customer service skill
Strong communication and management skills

Applicant must be able to do fl exible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires.


Salary range for the position: Around $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
