Your Role

As a Franchise Partner (Licensee), you’ll manage a portfolio of accommodation providers—hotels, motels, and other property types—on our system. Your primary goal is to support and grow your property portfolio, ensuring that bookings are optimized and clients are well looked after.

Every time a guest books and stays at one of your properties, you earn income.

Income Potential

  • Year 1: $200K–$300K+

  • Year 2 & Beyond: $400K+

  • Earnings are in NZD, even when you expand your portfolio internationally.

This is a commission-based model: your earnings grow with the number and quality of properties you manage and how often they’re booked via travel agents, tour operators, or direct guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of accommodation providers

  • Engage with hotel/motel owners and build long-term relationships

  • Support clients in using our AI-driven system

  • Work closely with travel agents and tour operators to maximize bookings

  • Capture and manage property and partner data

  • Contribute to onboarding future service providers (restaurants, tours, etc.)

  • Eventually help roll out the platform in international markets

Training & Support

  • Full-time training (6–8 weeks) provided in Takapuna, Auckland

  • Ongoing mentorship from industry professionals with decades of experience

  • Hands-on practice with our booking system before launching your portfolio

  • Continuous system updates and support as AI features evolve

What You Need

  • Deposit required to secure your license (franchise-style model)

    • Ask us about flexible payment options

  • Your own laptop or PC with internet access

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Based in Auckland (hybrid work model: home + Takapuna office)
