Shenrui International Ltd is an Auckland-based construction company. We are looking for one site supervisor to join us due to business needs. This is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Tasks include:

  • Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.

  • Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and organizing work schedules. 

  • Checking work techniques are correct and safe.

  • Managing orders and deliveries of building materials. 

  • Assisting director with planning work activities. 

  • Completing site reports and other records.

Other details:

Job Salary : $32.00 - 35.00

Working location: Auckland

Working hour per week: 30 - 40

Job pre-requisites: 

  • At least two years of relevant experience is required.

  • Relevant qualifications are preferable but not a must

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of leadership and responsibility. 

  • Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.

  • Being physically fit.
