Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster social, emotional, and academic growth
- Communicate regularly with families
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Patience, creativity, and a love for teaching
