Ours is a well-established Air-Conditioning instalment company in Auckland. We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team. This role will see you giving support to multiple parts of the business.

 

The duties of this position are:

-          Relevant experience minimum two years or a relevant qualification

-          Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, projects and services

-          Respond to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts

-          Deal with all problems relating to the contracts, programs, various projects and services

-          Managing paperwork associated with contracts, filling documents for each project in appropriate folders

-          Working with manages and engineers involved in the project to ensure the goals are met

-          Overseeing work done by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders

-          Preparing and reviewing project reports, submissions concerning the organisations activities

-          Plan and undertake administrative work of projects, programs and services

-          Setting work priorities and maintaining office standards

-          Strong communication and relationship management skills

-          Time management skills

-          Ability to train and lead the staff.

 

Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires.

Salary range for the position: Around $30.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
