A well-established skin health clinic in Tauranga is looking for friendly, professional Receptionists and Healthcare Assistants to join their team on a casual basis.

With increasing demand expected over the winter months, this is a great opportunity to step into a flexible, Monday–Friday role supporting a specialist clinical environment.

We’re looking for:

Receptionists

  • Experience with MedTech Evolution (or MedTech32)
  • Confident with patient arrivals, payments, and managing calls
  • Available at least 2–3 days per week between 8:30am–5:00pm

Healthcare Assistants

  • Experience in sterilisation and chaperoning during skin checks
  • Familiar with MedTech Evolution and ideally DermEngine (training provided)
  • Support doctors with imaging and minor procedures
