About the role:  

We require an experienced maintenance fitter to join our client's maintenance team for night shift cover, starting mid May. You will perform maintenance on canning/seaming lines. The work will include:
  • Inspection, cleaning, lubrication and repair of lines, to maintain smooth operation of equipment
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance and breakdown resolution if required
This is a 12 month contract. The work hours are 10pm to 6am, Sunday to Friday.
  
Skills + Experience:

For this role you will need:
  • A Trade Qualification in Engineering
  • Experience working with bottling and canning lines is essential
  • Good knowledge of fitting and working to best practice 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also unsupervised
