We are currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee and support operational activities for our clients throughout the Auckland region with working hours between 9pm to 5am.

We offer a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with a wage ranging from $24 to $25 per hour, depending on your experience.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


    • Supervise and manage night shift operations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service delivery.
    • Monitor performance and provide guidance to night shift staff to meet quality and safety standards.
    • Coordinate workflow and respond promptly to any operational issues or client concerns arising during the night.
    • Oversee scheduled maintenance or servicing tasks during night hours, including coordination of air conditioning systems, air handling units, and ductwork inspections.
    • Ensure all tasks are conducted in line with mechanical drawings and safety protocols.
    • Support with documentation, shift handovers, and incident reporting.
    • Enforce compliance with Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) and ensure all safety and reporting procedures are followed.
    • Assist in training and onboarding of new night staff as required.

 

Requirements
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
    • At least 5 years of relevant supervisory or operational experience, preferably in technical services, maintenance, or facilities management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in managing teams during night operations.
    • Physically fit and capable of overseeing equipment handling and site-based tasks.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
    • Willingness to work overnight shifts on a regular basis.
