We are currently recruiting a General Manager to oversee our international operations.
Core duty:
VIP Client & Investment Management:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth Chinese clients and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, providing customized business solutions and investment opportunities.
Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to advise clients and the company on potential business expansions.
Represent the company in high-profile meetings, negotiations, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Supply Chain Management:
Establish and oversee strategic partnerships with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
Optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality product sourcing.
Develop risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions and ensure a seamless supply chain operation.
Work closely with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and customer demands.
Cooperation & Business Development:
Identify and develop business opportunities through joint ventures, partnerships, and collaborations with Chinese enterprises.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and strategic partnerships to enhance business expansion and market presence.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and investment policies.
Drive cross-cultural business initiatives to foster strong working relationships between Chinese and local business counterparts.
