We are seeking for Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team and manage all aspects of meal preparation. As a Commis chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining top-notch food quality, and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

   Prepare and cook various dishes, including Pasta and Pizza sauces, according to established recipes or new creations.

·         Plan and design menus and catering to customer preferences or dietary needs

·         Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards regarding taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

·         Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, manage schedules, and delegate tasks to ensure timely food service.

·         Ordering food supplies and ingredients, managing inventory levels to reduce waste and ensure cost-efficiency.

·         Ensure the kitchen complies with food safety and sanitation standards, adhering to all health regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

·         Monitor food costs and adjust inventory or menu items to maximize profitability.

·         Work closely with restaurant management, waitstaff, and other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and a seamless customer experience.

·         Coordinate with managers, dietitians, kitchen staff, and waitstaff to address food preparation concerns.
