In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations including invent tory, sales and staff supervision. ensuring a positive customer experience, and leveraging your skills in a new and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staff supervision

Ensure high standards of hygiene, product quality, and customer service

Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and storage

Train and supervise store staff

Implement promotional strategies to boost sales
Requirements:

Proven experience in food retail or dairy sector preferred

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Ability to manage stock, orders, and staff schedules

Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations
Qualification / Experience - Minimum one year relevant experience or a level 4 relevant qualification in Management

Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $25 – $35 per hour
