We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations including invent tory, sales and staff supervision. ensuring a positive customer experience, and leveraging your skills in a new and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staff supervision

  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, product quality, and customer service

  • Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and storage

  • Train and supervise store staff

  • Implement promotional strategies to boost sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food retail or dairy sector preferred

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage stock, orders, and staff schedules

  • Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations

Qualification / Experience - Minimum one year relevant experience or a level 4 relevant qualification in Management

Days required: Rotating roster, including weekends

Hours per week: 35  hours per week

Hourly Pay: $25 – $35 per hour
