The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a dynamic and polished Showroom Manager to join the sales team at Warwick Fabrics’ Parnell showroom. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes interiors, understands the value of premium service, and loves working in a beautiful, creative environment.

You will be at the heart of the showroom – working closely with interiors designers and their clients, while keeping the showroom running seamlessly.

The Role in more detail:

  • Oversees the daily operations of the showroom, supporting a small close-knit team.

  • Grows sales by nurturing an established portfolio of interior design clients.

  • Fosters long term, trusted client relationships, to ensure repeat business

  • Trains and supports any new team members, with product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.

  • Provides expert guidance on fabrics and textile solutions to all visitors to the showroom

  • Maintains showrooms presentation to reflect the latest design trends

  • Manages sample availability, and product displays to maximize appeal.

  • Prepares quotes, and manages orders, and ensures seamless client follow-up.

  • Assists with hosting showroom events, collection launches and client presentations.

  • Schedules staff rosters when necessary to ensure coverage when needed

  • Liaises with head office for stock replenishment and marketing and promotional initiatives.

  • Reports on client feedback, showroom activity and industry trends

About You:

  • You are passionate about interiors, design, and delivering a world-class client experience.

  • You have a proven track record in consultative sales, ideally an interiors, textile, or comparable design environment.

  • You are a polished, professional, well-rounded individual, with a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

  • You are motivated and set a high standard for yourself and for your workplace

  • You have a good understanding of design and the local design network.

  • You are organised, yet flexible and able to adapt, supporting the often-changing needs of clients

  • You are comfortable taking the lead as well as working side-by-side with your team members.

  • Ideally, you have experience managing a small team or are a Senior Sales consultant ready to step up.

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday. No weekend work!
