Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle Correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Employer.
• Plan and Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, visa applications, checklists, client records, presentations as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the employer and clients or service providers.
• Maintain Confidentiality and handle sensitive information of clients with discretion.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Organising events, both professional and personal, as required.
• Supporting finance tasks such as invoice processing, purchase orders, andreconciliations.
• Maintaining filing systems and overseeing office facilities and suppliers
• Assisting with internal communications and supporting the GM where needed
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and safety-conscious work culture
• Perform any other administrative or personal duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Preferably formal qualification OR 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organisational skills and a knack for multitasking under pressure
• Confident, tactful, and great at resolving issues with a solutions focused mindset
• High attention to detail and a genuine client-first approach
Benefits:
