Location: Bay of Plenty
Payrate: $30 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a field team performing mowing, mulching, and general maintenance work across multiple sites.

Ensure team productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Allocate daily tasks, provide instruction, and assist with hands-on work as needed.

Report work progress, incidents, or delays to the Site Manager.

Conduct pre-start meetings and ensure all staff have appropriate PPE and equipment.

Help train new staff and ensure standards are consistently met.

Maintain records of team attendance, work logs, and equipment usage.
