Our client is a privately owned contractor who specialise in all drainage aspects, water, sewer, storm water, with a strong forward workload and plenty of exciting, large projects coming up throughout 2025 / 2026! A role has become available for a Drainage 2IC to join their team and make the role their own.

Role requirements:


* Previous experience in a similar position, leading a small team. Or a skilled Drainlayer / Drainage Operator looking to develop their skillset. 
* Experienced laying Gravity mains, 3 Waters
* Experienced working on civil and earthworks sites
* Read and interpret plans, liaising with clients and Project Managers on site when required.  
* WTR - experienced operating excavators, working around shields and deep drainage is beneficial (5 / 6m deep)
* Class 4 - (beneficial)
