We are looking for multiple experienced IWS Technical Specialist to join our team located across two sites in Auckland.
A suitable candidate at this level will work without supervision and performs a range of duties including operating and optimising machine performance.
You will perform a technical role specifically focused on machinery and maintenance and operate across a process or a line/s.
You are responsible for your own work performance (technical) and coaching and guiding other employees across the process or line/s in technical machine operation matters.
You have responsibility for decision making within broad policies and plans and for exercising skill and care in support of a safe working environment free of hazards and for your own safety and the safety of others, within the workplace.
This role is responsible for loss elimination by supporting the further improvement of the standards of the equipment and supporting the technical team in trouble shooting.
This role also supports to the site achieving operational excellence goals and the site vision.
Your accountability includes but is not limited to: process optimization, technical support, continuous improvement & troubleshooting, project management and implementation, training and knowledge sharing, put health & safety first.
The right candidate needs to demonstrate:
- At least 3-year relevant experience with IWS knowledge.
- Flexibility to work on a rostered basis on site, including early shifts, working throughout weekends and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork ability and excellent communication skills.
- Decision making and swift response within the team.
- Computer literacy
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
For the right candidate, we offer an hourly rate from $41.49 - $50, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
