Shree Ambica Limited LTD T/A Capital Mart in Wellington is seeking a Store Manager to join our team.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and directing the day-to-day activities of our retail establishment to ensure the overall smooth and effective operation of the Store.
This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-35 hours working hours per week.
Remuneration $32-35 per hour.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Or a level 5 or higher qualification.
Key Tasks
· Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
· Oversee stock levels, product selection, and inventory control.
· Develop purchasing plans, set competitive prices, and drive sales through
promotions.
· Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
· Track stock levels, manage financial transactions, and monitor sales and stock
performance.
· Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
