Description
We are a busy horticulture contracting company based in the Bay of Plenty area. We
have several full-time vacancies and would love to hear from interested Supervisors
wanting to join our team.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Organising and coordinating materials and staff for sites
- Supervising a team of workers and overseeing day to day performance.
- Supporting management by providing quality service to our clients.
- Ensuring quality standards, performance standards and health & safety
standards are maintained.
- Conducting daily safety briefings and discussing health & safety topics with
team.
- Training and coaching team to carry out tasks to best practice, ensuring all
work
carried out is to a high standard.
- Assists in the investigation of accidents and incidents in the workplace.
- Accurately records and maintains company documentation.
- Undertaking administration with respect to staff on sites 
- Reporting to management
Requirements:
 3+ years’ relevant experience.
 Relevant, level 4 or higher qualification
 Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
 Willing to work weekends.
 Able to pass random drug tests.
Pay rate:
$30 p/h.
Hours:
As this is a full-time position, you will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week
but will likely be required to work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
