You must live in Auckland to be dealing with this position,  Training and support are Offered from Takapuna, Auckland every weekday for the first 6 to 8 weeks. We (20) work as one Team. 

That means every time any Guest stays in the properties you look after you will earn money.

Please look at NZ statistics of the Hotels accommodation used now in 2024 and 2025.  Now 66%.  Your income will relate to the accommodation Rate used NZ wide.

What do the Applicants need. (As you will Buy a license ( your Branch ) you need A Deposit. Ask us.)

  • You need your Own Laptop or Computer that can be connected to our online system.
  • You can work from your computer connected to the Internet from anywhere.
  • Preferably living in Auckland as our Office is On North Shore, Takapuna In Auckland NZ.
  • You should have the ability & software to work with MS Word and excel Software.
  • Our system is Newly developed with - AI Technology - to help you in your tasks.
  • Working as a hybrid from Home and office in Takapuna.
  • Friendly confident communication ability as you will speak to Hotels / Motel Owners to serve them, who is in your portfolio, you build a Friendly rapport with your Clients.
  • Be available for full training ( we offer) to deal with this role. We will train you to be the Best and part of a Top Escalon ( well known in this Accommodation business. ) We are building this system to be the largest, in the Business Internationally. We like to train you to be part of our system. With this new division. AI Technology.
  • You will work with owner’s who have been in this same Business since before 1980, that means you will build your training from plenty of experience.

What will you do:

  • After working on the system,  to play with the system during training time. Then we start l to build your portfolio in Travel accommodation NZ wide.
  • In the beginning you will be very busy building your database for your clients.
  • These clients who supply accommodation will be your Income source as every time any guest stays in any of your Properties you earn an income.
  • using your sales skill talking to hotel / motel owners helping them with our system.
  • All the activity & service providers, local and International, like Tour Operators and Travel Agents, when they book guests into your properties you earn an Income. How great is that?!
  • You will capture data info of Hotels / Motels / other accommodation providers like cruise ships, yachts and so on.
  • Next divisions; Service providers, Activity providers, with other travel related industries
  • All Restaurants to serve guests. All extended providers that’s all connected to The Travel and Tourism Business. All explained after you completed agreement for Licensee and paid the deposit required.
  • You will be shown how the full system works, Then you proceed and pay the rest of the deposit to be part of this team.
  • Speaking with your Clients who you build a business rapport with.
  • To secure your position it will be required to pay a small deposit. Then to be selected we need only 20 Manager points to complete this work NZ wide.
  • You may be invited to help, after some months, to help as we then Introduce this system Internationally like Australia , USA, Brasel, China, India, Europa, Japan and Malaysia and the rest of all 140 Countries Internationally.
