Seeking for experienced duty managers

We are seeking nine dedicated Duty Managers to work across multiple hospitality businesses. You will be part of a dynamic environment, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work Locations:

  • 25 Perata Road, Pukekohe
  • 131 Normanby Road, Paeroa
  • 2 Seymour Street, Paeroa

As a Duty Manager, you are required to perform the following tasks and duties:-

  • Ensuring food and dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance during your working hours
  • Lead the team and ensure an exceptionally high level of customer service during the shift.
  • Assist manager in purchasing as per requirement and the following budget
  • Take reservations, plan and organize special functions like social and family functions taking care of specific needs of the customers during shift hours.
  • Ensure cheerful presentation of all staff, greeting of guests and assist them in taking orders
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions during the shift.
  • Connecting with customers and taking random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer service and food.
  • Assist manager with promotion and advertisement of regular and special menus.
  • Assisting the Manager with smooth implication of policies and procedures Assist manager in recruitment, training, and supervision of employees
  • Assist the manager in preparing a budget and estimating prices for different types of expenses and ensuring liquidity to maintain appropriate cash flow.
  • Ensure food safety, health and safety regulations and sale and serving of liquor laws and regulations are followed, implemented and complied with properly.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience  OR a relevant qualification
  • Ability to work across multiple locations as per business needs
