Our Processing Cordinator Officers create the magic by sorting,
consolidating and dispatching parcels and freight at Warkworth, ready for our
couriers to deliver.
We are looking for people who love to get the job done! Can you tick off the
following?
Availability to work a 6-day rotating shift roster across Monday - Sunday (03.00 Am to 9.00 Am and 15.00 pm to 18.00 pm ).
Task include
- Enjoy early mornings starting at 3am.
- Deliveries – picking goods up from suppliers, delivering goods to customers.
- Customer Service.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Assist with client queries. Complete all required delivery paperwork. Ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality.
- Meet delivery timeframes.
- Receiving , Checking and processing all items request.
- Verifying incoming and outgoing goods against records.
- Identifying parcels of incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying them against consignment records.
- Ensuring outgoing delivery are in good condition and meet specifications.
- Organising the despatch of goods with completed documentation.
- Maintaining prescribed records of goods received and despatched.
- Examining delivery documents and verifying any items to be released.
- Maintaining record of goods , organising , despatch and collection of goods.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a clean Restricted driver’s licence.
- Experience in Customer services will be an advantage
- The position are for a minimum of 30 hours per week with an opportunity to work and
earn more during busy periods.
An hourly rate of $25.00 to $30 will be paid depending on the amount of relevant
experience.

*The ability to multi-task, stay organised and manage your time effectively.
*Undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, TORO verification for driving license as a pre-requisite to obtaining employment.
*Have a clear criminal record.
