We are seeking a house Painter /assistant,a reliable person to join us for multi-site projects. If you have a passion for transforming spaces and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this opportunity is perfect for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with thepreparation and painting of residential properties. The House Painter will be trained on the job and will work under the supervision of a senior painter.
 
Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of surfaces for painting including sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
Mix and apply paint, and other finishes to various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, doors, and window frames
Ensure work area is clean and free of debris before and after painting
Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when required
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Perform other duties as assigned by the senior painter or supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in house painting is an advantage but not required
Basic knowledge of paint products, tools, and equipment used in house painting
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights if required
Having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred, but not mandatory
