We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager 🍽️
📍 Location: Xotic sweets/ A social 
💰 Pay Rate: $27.10– $29.10 per hour (based on experience)
🕒 Hours: 35–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help oversee daily operations. If you’re passionate about food, customer service, and leadership – we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations
* Supervise staff and create work schedules
* Refill and maintain food counters and display areas throughout the day
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle any complaints
* Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards
* Monitor inventory and order supplies
* Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Manage cash handling and daily reports

Requirements:
* Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
* Qualifications NZQF Level -5 and 6 in business - Leadership and management (preferred but not essential)
